Legacy Club – Terms & Conditions

Membership Overview

The Legacy Club is a monthly membership program offered by Skatelands of America. Benefits apply only to the named member(s) and are non-transferable.

Billing & Payments

Memberships are billed monthly on the signup anniversary date and renew automatically. Promotional pricing applies only during the promotional enrollment period. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of benefits.

Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time. Benefits remain active through the paid-through date. No refunds or credits are issued for unused time, visits, or benefits. Promotional pricing may not be reinstated after cancellation.

Visits & Usage

Membership includes a limited number of skating visits per billing cycle. Unused visits do not roll over. Visits are tracked at check-in and require valid membership verification.

Family Memberships (If Applicable)

Family memberships apply only to household members listed on the account. Each member is tracked individually. The primary member is responsible for all charges.

Guest Passes & Party Benefits

Included guest passes or party benefits apply to the primary member only, unless otherwise stated. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and must be used while the membership is active. Party discounts may have limited usage.

Skate Rentals

Standard skate rental may be included. Premium rentals such as roller blades or speed skates may require an additional fee. Availability is not guaranteed.

Conduct & Safety

Members must follow all rink rules and staff instructions. Skatelands of America reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for unsafe behavior or rule violations without refund.

Hours & Availability

Benefits are valid during regular public skating sessions. Special events, private parties, holidays, or closures may limit availability. Operating hours and sessions are subject to change.

Program Changes

Skatelands of America may update pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Assumption of Risk

Roller skating involves inherent risk. Members participate at their own risk. Skatelands of America is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
