Your membership will be good until then but you will not receive any prorated refunds. If you would like to make other changes to your account, please use the request form at the bottom of the page.

Email must be the same as the one used when signing up for the membership.

If you would like to remove more than one family member, you will need to fill this form out again. If you are removing the primary member but keeping at least one other member, the primary member’s name will still be attached to the account as the primary member. They will be labeled as “inactive” but you will still need to use their name as verification purposes while there are active members on your account.

This is for verification. We will not make any changes to accounts without verifying the member’s card number. It is on the card as SL-18-XXXX-X

Name of the person you would like to add to your membership(Required)

We will add this person to your account at the additional family member cost of your current billing plan. You will receive an email once completed with a prorated charge of the new member for the remainder of your current billing cycle, plus your updated monthly payment. There is no additional fee for adding members.

Price:

There is a one time $10 charge to transfer membership from one family member to another. This fee is in place to protect us from people changing memberships all the time. You must pay this separately from your membership billing.
