Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. There are no refunds on deposit amounts regardless of reason for cancelling. If you pay for the full amount and/or added food packages and cancel before the time of your party, you will be refunded the total amount minus the deposit. There will be no refunds for any reason after a missed scheduled event. Refunds for deposits may be negotiated, but are not guaranteed, if we (the staff) are unable to host your party due to unforeseen circumstances such as ice, power outage, or natural disasters. Such incidents will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to operate, then there will be no refund if you miss your scheduled event.
Rescheduling and applying a paid deposit to a different date and/or time must be done seven (7) or more days before a scheduled basic party to avoid a penalty.
*If you reschedule your party within 1-6 days of your scheduled time, there will be a $25 reschedule fee per table ($25 for basic and $50 for expanded). If you downgrade your expanded party (2 tables) to a basic party (1 table) within seven (7) days of your scheduled party, then you will lose $50 of your $100 deposit. If you need to make a modification or cancellation to your food order, it must be done at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled party to avoid lost charges.

All Basic and Expanded Birthday Parties are held from 2pm – 4pm on the Saturday or Sunday of your choice. The time cannot be changed. Please select the date of your party:

The quantity is automatically filled based on the package you selected and cannot be changed manually. The deposit is $50 per table reserved. Basic Party Package = 1 Table; Expanded Party Package = 2 Tables. To change this, please go back to the parties page and select the desired package. If the field is blank, please go back and reselect your package to refresh the form.

If your desired date is within 3 days, you will not be able to book online. You will need to call/text 903-218-3212 and you have to pay a $15 last minute booking charge if proceed with booking a party.

Party Rules

You bring your cake, plates, napkins, and forks. No other outside food or drink is allowed (outside food add-on for private parties only).
You MAY bring: table cloth, balloon bouquet, or table decorations.
NO confetti, glitter, wall hangings, or silly string allowed.
Tables are pre-reserved. You will only be allowed to come in 5-10 minutes early ahead of guests and public walk-ins. Private Parties will be allowed in 5-10 minutes if possible.
Passes or Special Promotions may not be used in combination with any party package.
Goody bags may be given but ONLY at the end of the party.
We strongly suggest limiting basic parties to 15 or less guests (including non-skaters). If you expect more guests, consider an expanded or private party package.
