CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSIT AMOUNTS REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR CANCELLING. IF YOU PAY FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AND/OR ADDED FOOD PACKAGES AND CANCEL BEFORE THE TIME OF YOUR PARTY, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT MINUS THE DEPOSIT. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AFTER A MISSED SCHEDULED EVENT. REFUNDS FOR DEPOSITS MAY BE NEGOTIATED, BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED, IF WE THE STAFF ARE UNABLE TO HOST YOUR PARTY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS ICE, POWER OUTAGE, OR NATURAL DISASTERS. SUCH INCIDENTS WILL BE DETERMINED IN A CASE BY CASE BASIS. IF WE ARE ABLE TO OPERATE THEN THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT.
RESCHEDULING AND APPLYING A PAID DEPOSIT TO A DIFFERENT DATE AND/OR TIME MUST BE DONE 28 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE A SCHEDULED PRIVATE PARTY TO AVOID A PENALTY.
*IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR PARTY WITHIN 14-27 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, THERE WILL BE A $50 RESCHEDULE FEE.
*IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR PARTY WITHIN 1-13 DAYS OR YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, THERE WILL BE A $100 RESCHEDULE FEE.
* IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PARTY WITHIN 28 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING SICKNESS, WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
