Regular Parties (Basic and Expanded)
- Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. You will only be allowed to come in 5-10 minutes early ahead of guests and general public.
- ** You will be charged an extra $15 for each extra cake or cupcake container you bring. **
- You bring your cake, plates, napkins, and forks.
- No ice cream or ice cream cakes please.
- You may not bring pizza or any other outside food or drink besides birthday cake. There are food options available to add to your party.
- You MAY bring: table cloth, balloon bouquet, or table decorations.
- Passes or Special Promotions may not be used in combination with any party package. There is no discount for guests who bring personal skates.
- Goody bags may be given but ONLY at the end of the party.
- We strongly suggest limiting public session (basic) parties to fifteen (15) or less guests (including non-skaters). If you feel that you may have more guests, please consider booking an expanded or private party package.
- The skate session will end approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled end time to allow for guest to return skates and for you to gather your party supplies.
VIOLATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING RULES MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF UP TO $50:
- NO CAKE-TO-FACE SMASHING.
- NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, WALL HANGINGS, SILLY STRING, PAINT, OR PINATAS ALLOWED!
Cancellation Policy (Regular Parties)
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. There are no refunds on deposit amounts regardless of reason for cancelling. If you pay for the full amount and/or added food packages and cancel before the time of your party, you will be refunded the total amount minus the deposit.There will be no refunds for any reason after a missed scheduled event. Refunds for deposits may be negotiated, but are not guaranteed, if we (the staff) are unable to host your party due to unforeseen circumstances such as ice, power outage, or natural disasters. Such incidents will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to operate, then there will be no refund if you miss your scheduled event.
Rescheduling and applying a paid deposit to a different date and/or time must be done seven (7) or more days before a scheduled basic party to avoid a penalty.
*If you reschedule your party within 1-6 days of your scheduled time, there will be a $25 reschedule fee per table ($25 for basic and $50 for expanded). If you downgrade your expanded party (2 tables) to a basic party (1 table) within seven (7) days of your scheduled party, then you will lose $50 of your $100 deposit. If you need to make a modification or cancellation to your food order, it must be done at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled party to avoid lost charges.
Private Parties
- Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. We try our best to let parties in 5-10 minutes early depending on readiness of the facility. We want the facility to be clean and ready for your party.
- Free standing decorations only please. WE DO NOT ALLOW WALL HANGINGS OR ANY OTHER DECORATIONS THAT REQUIRE ATTACHMENT TO WALLS OR OTHER OBJECTS IN OUR FACILITY.
- You may bring your cake or other dessert, plates, napkins, and forks.
- No ice cream or ice cream cakes please.
- Private parties are allowed to bring in food and drinks (no alcohol). Please make sure coolers are sealed and leak proof. Please, no appliances that require electricity.
- You MAY bring: table cloth, balloon bouquet, or table decorations.
- Passes or Special Promotions may not be used in combination with any party package.
- Goody bags may be given but ONLY at the end of the party.
- The skate session will end approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled end time to allow for guest to return skates and for you to gather your party supplies.
- Please be considerate of the time at the end of your party as we will have to clean and prepare for the next group coming in.

For parties choosing to pay their final balance and close their ticket in advance, a 10% party service gratuity is added to the final balance. If you pay the day of the party, no gratuity will be automatically added but you will have the option to leave gratuity if you so choose. Parties will still be subject to rule violation fees and extra charges.

If you reschedule your party within 14-27 days of your scheduled time, there will be a $50 reschedule fee. If you reschedule your party within 1-13 days of your scheduled time, there will be a $100 reschedule fee. If you cancel your party within twenty-eight (28) days of your scheduled time, you will lose your deposit. No shows or canceliations for any reason, including sickness, will result in loss of deposit.
Remaining Balance.The remaining balance of the party must be paid on the day of the party. There are no refunds on deposits.
