The Legacy Club is a monthly membership that gives skaters built-in savings, easy check-in, and exclusive perks — all designed for families and regular skaters who love the rink.

Pricing & Billing
Promotional Pricing (Limited Time)
For a limited time, the Legacy Club is available at a special promotional rate for new founding members.
- One-time setup fee: $10 (charged at signup)
- Promotional monthly rate: $19.85 per month for 1 primary member.
- Additional family members may be added for $19.85 per month per each family member.
- Each additional family member has their own membership, the visits are not shared.
- Promotion valid for limited time only!
- People who sign up under this promotion will receive a FREE Legacy Club T-Shirt and Sticker!
Members who enroll during the promotional period will lock in the $19.85 monthly rate while their membership remains active for at least 1 year. Pricing may be re-evaluated in January 2027.
Regular Pricing
After the promotional period, the Legacy Club will be offered at the regular rate:
- Monthly membership: $29.85 per month
- One-time setup fee: $15 (charged at signup)
- Additional family members will be $24.85 per month per each family member.
Monthly Billing
- Memberships are billed automatically each month using the payment method provided.
- Billing occurs on or near the same day of the month you sign up.
- The setup fee is charged only once at signup. Monthly membership charges apply to each billing cycle thereafter.
Billing Transparency
We believe in clear, upfront pricing — no surprises.
- Your signup confirmation email will include a full payment summary and transaction confirmation.
- You will also receive an official receipt directly from Stripe for each successful payment.
Cancellation
No refunds or credits are issued for unused time or visits.
Memberships may be canceled at any time.
Benefits remain active through your paid-through date, even if you cancel.

It was important for us to create a plan that was both affordable and flexible. We felt an unlimited membership wasn’ta good fit for our business at this time and I would cost the consumer more. Realistically most of our frequent skaters come once or twice a week. With 5 visits per month, we can keep the price down and skaters can come once a week without worry and they have the flexibility of attending more skate sessions at nice discount!
No. Membership visits reset the 1st day of each month and do not roll over to the next month.
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member(s) on the account.
Standard skate rental is included. Premium rentals, such as roller blades or speed skates, will be half price for member usage only. Skate Mates are not discounted.
If you choose to use one of your visits for a special event, you will have to pay a small admission fee (likely $2-$5.) The fee will depend on the pricing of the event.
Visits are tracked digitally at check-in. You’ll need to scan your membership or verify your account at each visit. You will receive an email each time you check in so you can see your visit history as well.
We are in the process of developing that capability and will you will need to contact one of the rink owners at 903-218-3212 to make changes to your account. Promotional pricing for adding family members may not be available if you signed up during a promotional period.
No, new family members must be added separately and active family members must be removed. A setup fee of $10 may be added for adding new members. Removing members may result in loss of any promotional pricing you had on that member.
You can purchase a replacement for $5.
When you book your party, there will be a place to enter your member ID number (will be added to party booking form by mid-January). When you do, and our system checks to make sure you are active and eligible, we will apply your discount the day of party when you pay out the balance. The discount can only be used once every 90 days (3 months).
